This patient wanted a slimmer face because she carried extra fat in her cheeks that she felt made her look childish. Dr. Jonov recommended a buccal fat removal surgery where he would remove small amounts of fall from the cheeks. She agreed and the patient underwent the procedure. She is so pleased with her slimmer face and feels that she looks more mature and womanly.
