This patient underwent a breast augmentation almost two decades ago where saline implants were placed over the muscle. She wanted to address this and changes to her breasts. The patient underwent a breast revision surgery where Dr. Jonov removed her old implants and placed new 400cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus saline breast implants under the muscle. He also performed a breast lift. The patient has seen fantastic results.
